Refund policy
We are happy to offer a refund:
0–30 Days: You have the short-term right to claim a full refund if it is damaged, faulty. Please contact us at info@retroenterior.com to proceed with the refund.
Change of Mind:
14-Day Cancellation: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify that you want to cancel your order.
14-Day Return: Once notified, you have an additional 14 days to send the items back. Return postage to be paid by buyer.
Custom/Made-to-Order Exceptions: This right does not apply to bespoke or made-to-measure furniture.
